A classic all goat milk feta. Compared to other feta cheeses, we consider ours to be medium in flavor and salt content. Available in block, crumbled, or in oil with our Tuscany seasoning. Each are delightfully good and are interchangeable as well as having unique applications. 4.5 ounce tub or 5 ounce block.
